How we handle the details you send us. Last updated 15 July 2026.
Tech Mech Engineering (“we”, “us”) fabricates process equipment from our workshop in Rabale MIDC, Navi Mumbai. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. It is written to describe what the site actually does — nothing more.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form. That means your name, company, phone number, email address, the equipment you selected and the requirement you described. The phone number and requirement are needed to quote; the rest is optional detail that helps us respond usefully.
When you submit the form, that information is sent to us as an email. It lands in our business mailbox (sales@techmecheng.co.in) and a copy goes to our Managing Director. It is not written to any database on this website, and it is not sold, rented or shared with anyone for marketing.
What we do not do
- No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies. This site does not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or any equivalent, and it does not build a profile of you.
- We set no cookies of our own, and we do not store anything in your browser’s local storage.
- We do not use your enquiry to send you newsletters or unsolicited marketing.
Third parties, honestly stated
- Google Maps. The map on our contact page is embedded from Google. When that page loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy. We have no control over, and no access to, what Google collects there. If you would rather not load it, use the “Get directions” link instead of the map.
- Our hosting provider. Like any website, the server that serves these pages keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, page requested, timestamp) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to identify you.
- WhatsApp / phone / email links. Following these hands you over to WhatsApp, your dialler or your mail app, each under its own terms.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry stays in our email as an ordinary business record, because a quotation and the correspondence around it is something both sides may need to refer back to. If you would like your enquiry and details deleted, write to sales@techmecheng.co.in and we will remove them, unless we are required to retain them for tax or legal reasons.
Your rights
You may ask us what information of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@techmecheng.co.in or call +91 98203 55462, and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may raise it with the appropriate authority under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Children
This is a business-to-business site for industrial equipment. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change how this site handles information — for example if we ever add analytics — we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
