This website is published by Tech Mech Engineering, a process-equipment fabrication workshop at Rabale MIDC, Navi Mumbai. By using the site you accept the terms below.
The site is information, not an offer
Everything here — capabilities, equipment lines, process, photographs — is published to describe the kind of work we do. It is not a quotation and not a contract. Nothing on this site is a binding offer to supply equipment at any price, specification or delivery date.
A job becomes real only when scope, drawings, materials, inspection scope, price and delivery are agreed between us in writing. Where anything on this site conflicts with a signed quotation, purchase order or contract, that written agreement governs.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, please send information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share. Drawings, datasheets and specifications you send us are used only to review feasibility and prepare a quotation for you. Do not send anything through the form that is confidential to a third party without their permission — and if a job needs an NDA, tell us and we will sign one before you send drawings.
Do not use the form to send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, and do not use it to send bulk or automated messages.
Technical content
Descriptions of equipment, materials, configurations and testing on this site are general. Real fabrication is governed by your design, drawings, datasheets, design code and inspection scope — not by the summaries published here. Do not rely on this website as engineering advice for a specific plant or duty. Discuss your actual operating conditions with us.
Photographs
The photographs in our gallery are of equipment fabricated in our own workshop. Some other images on the site (the atmospheric shop-floor photographs on the home, about and process pages) are licensed stock images used illustratively, and are credited as such in the footer — they are not presented as our own jobs. Equipment shown was built to a particular client’s specification; it is an example of our work, not a catalogue item available to the same spec.
Intellectual property
The Tech Mech name, logo, site design, text and our own photographs belong to Tech Mech Engineering. You may read, print and share pages for your own business use — for instance to circulate our capabilities internally. You may not republish, resell or present this material as your own.
Availability and links
We aim to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of error, and we may change its content at any time. The site links to third parties (Google Maps, WhatsApp); we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. See our privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website. This does not limit any obligation we owe you under a signed contract for equipment we actually supply, and it does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website.
