From enquiry to dispatch.
A clear, five-step path that keeps you informed at every stage — no metal is cut until the drawings and the inspection scope are signed off.
Five steps, fully accountable
- 01
Enquiry & specs
Send a GA drawing, datasheet, isometric or even a reference sample. We study the scope, materials and operating conditions, flag anything that needs clarifying, and confirm whether it's a fit for our shop.
- 02
Drawings & approval
We prepare or review fabrication drawings, weld maps and a sequence plan. Nothing is cut until you've approved the drawings and the inspection / testing scope is agreed in writing.
- 03
Fabrication
Cutting, rolling, dished-end forming, fit-up and welding happen in-house under one roof. Qualified welders work to approved procedures, with stage checks built into the sequence.
- 04
Inspection & testing
Dimensional and visual inspection, plus any agreed NDT, hydro or pneumatic testing. You're welcome to attend or send a TPI agency for witnessed inspection before clearance.
- 05
Dispatch
Surface preparation, priming or painting to spec, match-marking, secure packing and dispatch — delivered to your plant or project site on the committed date.
Cutting starts only after sign-off.
Once the drawings and the inspection scope are approved, plate is marked, cut and rolled — and the job moves through the shop under one roof.
No surprises
Approval before cutting
Fabrication drawings and the inspection / test plan are agreed in writing first. You always know what's being built and how it'll be checked.
Witnessed inspection
Attend in person or send a third-party agency. Hold and witness points are set up front so inspection fits your schedule.
Honest dates
We commit to a delivery date we can hold and keep you posted as the job moves through the shop — not just at the end.
One point of contact
The whole job runs under one roof, so there's a single person who can tell you exactly where your equipment stands.
